Udis FAQ
Website do not include heating instructions on Udis's' gluten-free breads and baked goods because Udis do not always sell Company's products in the freezer. Most of Udis's' products can stay in ambient temperatures for up to 7 days. Another option for the breads is to put them straight into the toaster. When re-heating in the oven or microwave The Client may want to sprinkle a few drops of water on the product to help the product retain moisture. All Udi's Gluten Free Foods are certified gluten free and most are certified kosher. Although Udis realize that there are vegan egg replacements available, Company's certified master baker does not have plans to replace the eggs used in Udis's' baking process at this time. Udis's' recipe is a proprietary recipe and the eggs serve as an important component to the baking process. With this said, please know that Company's product development team is quite aware of egg allergies and udisglutenfree.com receive many requests to eliminate this item.
